Philip Sparks is a Senior Software Engineer in Northern Virginia. Over the last five years, Phil has worked as a data scientist and software engineer on a variety of projects for several US DoD and IC agencies. His professional technical interests include data engineering, computer vision, geospatial intelligence, and applying machine learning techniques to defense and intelligence problem sets. Phil holds a master's in computer science from the University of Chicago and two bachelor's degrees from the University of Arizona.
